This is the beginning of the process,
where we transform your ideas
into sketches and visual concepts,
defining the general direction
of the project.
2. Preliminary project
From sketches, we
develop 3D models and
detailed plans, refining
concepts to give a clearer
vision of the project.
3. Final project
This is the stage where we
finalize the details, specifying
materials, finishes and
technical specifications that
will serve as the basis for
construction.
4. Invitation to tender
We help select
contractors and negotiate
contracts, ensuring clarity
andadherence to budget
and schedule.
5. Monitoring
construction sites
We keep a close eye on the site to ensure that construction proceeds according to plan and quality standards, while managing any problems that may arise.
